Join the FASD Choir Registration Form

We are now registering for the FASD Choir  at VIAM on the 14th & 15th March 2023

Please complete the form, selecting your chosen event in the drop down. and send back to us using the ‘SUBMIT’ link at the bottom.

Once  registered, you will be sent login details to access the track and lyrics for rehearsing.

How Much Does it Cost ?
Admission to the event for Choirs is Free
There is a charge for the  Voice in a Million event T Shirt , These are £12.99 each for child sizes and 13.99 each for Child Large & Adult Sizes.  Upon submission of your registration, you will be sent a link to purchase your / your groups T Shirt / s

A member of VIAM staff will respond by email to confirm your registration and the details you have submitted
